The cause? Not always so obvious.
Do you also struggle with insomnia sometimes?

For me The Princess and The Pea has two main meanings.
One is my insomnia, an old friend. The other, more philosophical, is the Pea as a symbol of the challenges in life that happen to proof our nobility.

The Princess and The Pea is a special full-set, one of a kind doll.
She is 35cm height and has 20 joints. She is made of fine porcelain in a gorgeous milktea color and is assembled with stainless steel springs. Her face and body painting is bond to the porcelain in several fired layers so it will never fade or get damaged. 24 karat gold overlay jewelry. All her joints are lined with leather for smooth articulation and beautiful posing.

Her dress is made of vintage cotton batiste, hand dyed in a lovely green shade and it is embellished with antique ecru lace. Her apron is made of transparent organza embroidered with mother of pearls flowers, freshwater pearls and 100year vintage Murano glass beads from Venetia, Italy.

Her wig is made of luxury very long curly mohair in dark chocolate brown color.

Her head-dress is made of brass, mother of pearl flowers, freshwater pearls, Swarovski crystals and antique Venetian Murano beads.
